Shipping & Delivery Information

All jewellery is made to order and will be shipped within 2 to 4 weeks after purchase. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. If you're unable to place an order to your location through our website, please contact us at massief.jewellery@outlook.com for customized shipping options.

Every order includes a tracking number, which will be provided once your package has been shipped.

Atelier Pickups
If you selected atelier pickup at checkout, you will receive an email within 2 to 4 weeks after placing your order, letting you know when your piece is ready for collection.
